Good as always, we come here often because the menu is great (so many options) and the staff are first class. Today Carol served us and she's great! Suzanne is a treat, too 😊

I love Phil’s. The 80s decor, the choice of three pancake syrups, the carafe of coffee. It’s easy to relax into the large booths as you start your morning. Always fast and efficient service. They have your classic seen-it-all diner waitresses which adds to the experience. This is not a gourmet ... experience, but rather a diner breakfast that is exceptionally consistent and filling. It’s not a wildly good value, but not outrageously expensive either. The senior citizens who frequent it understand. This spot is no fuss, get what you pay for, breakfast food. I will say I’ve never eaten a meal other than breakfast here. Maybe one day. But as long as there’s chubbies and eggs with a choice of two sides (cottage cheese and a buckwheat pancake, please) I can’t imagine going for any other meal. Read more

We had the sweetest waitress that served us. My husband really loved his burger. My ham and cheese omelette paired perfectly with the shredded hashbrowns and English muffin. The restaurant was so clean as well.

I know this place has been around for a million years, but I got to say breakfast was really quite good. My eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was crispy and hash browns were excellent. Service was very efficient and my breakfast came quite quickly, perhaps that's because the place ... was nearly deserted. I'm not sure why people don't go here anymore, maybe it's the tired decor or the sketchy location. Read more
