I was casually watching the kitchen while waiting for my drink. A mid-age female employee was juicing beets on the kitchen island. She accidentally dropped 2-3 pieces on the floor. She picked them up and tossed into the juicer continuing her work. There were 3-4 employees around her but no ... one said anything. the restroom at this location was closed in mid 2020 due to restrictions, just like many other restaurants. since then , I have found the restroom either "closed" or "out of order" EVERY- SINGLE- TIME. its literally been 4 years... can those of us who pay 9 bucks for a ... handful of blueberries and 2 scoops of frozen yogurt please be allowed to wash our hands? The blenders here either suck, or they don't blend the drinks for long enough. Consistently clogging straws at this location only... Changed review to 1 star because 6 months later and nothing has changed.

I’ve never been to an establishment where the staff are more miserable than the ones at this location. Every time I walk in, doesn’t matter who is working they have zero customer service skills, zero personality, seem like they hate life and want to be anywhere, but where they actually ... are. The girl in the photo is the worst. Why is she so angry all the time? The guy behind her is not much better. He took my order. Give me my food and never said one word to me the entire time..
