Mucho Burrito - Barrie, Ontario

This used to be my favorite take out place in Barrie and I have been a loyal customer since they opened here on Bayfield. Over the past year or so the burritos themselves are getting smaller and smaller. I order the exact same burrito evey time. It isn't fair that I now ... have to pay extra for toppings that would have been included had I chose another Mucho Burrito location. Absolutely horrendous customer service. They insist on serving nachos on a plate, arguing it is a dine-in only item despite being able to get nachos in a bowl for take out at every other Mucho Burrito location. If a customer requests a specific take out container, it doesn't change the ... food itself???? I would never pay for a plate of nachos to go spilling all over my vehicle, you cannot control people wanting to go home to eat instead of staying in the restaurant with take out containers. Secondly, as I was trying to explain I have never been given issues about asking for nachos in a bowl at other locations, she began to add rice to my taco which I had not asked for any toppings at all yet. Quality of food at this location has slipped greatly. Amount and quality of toppings are horrible. Empty on a Friday night, and still missing toppings(no mixed veggies, only green peppers). Still charged full price with no apologies from the manager(bald man in a button-up shirt). Will not be returning..

We love the shrimp Burrito. I'm sure it would have been great, but we were told they didn't have shrimp right now. We are used to waiting for it to be cooked, but there was no offer to make any. This place has the worst customer service i have seen in my life. I personally have worked in MUCHO BURRITO but never disrespected or gave any attitude to any customer. If you go here with problem they will say it’s not my problem. Clearly I didn’t wanted the pickled onions ... but still they throw something that I don’t want. I would say that owner is good who wants to keep store up to date but the employees clearly did not care enough to keep it that way.
