Roseland is an exceptionally good restaurant that serves diverse menu choices from breakfast to dinner. I recently ordered the Baked Chicken Broccoli with a salad without dressing. It came with rice, which was subtle in flavor with a fluffy texture. The dish also came with garlic toast that was alright. ... The Chicken Broccoli itself tasted great and goes great with the cream sauce. You can taste the hint of curry in it, and the cheese is baked thoroughly with consistent gooeyness. The service from the workers is considerate and welcoming. They like to celebrate every holiday by decorating their establishment, including Halloween. It was alright, went there for breakfast with my mother. A bit on the pricey side, two pancakes, ham and waffles with iced tea and regular tea ended up being 50 bucks. The service was nice, welcoming and the wait for food wasn’t long. Not too busy of a place. The ... food was mediocre, the pancakes were decent and ham was subpar. Ordered a French Toast "Sandwich", got french toast with eggs and meat. When I mentioned it to the server, she said "Oh yeah, the description is a little deceptive...". Maybe something to mention before you put the order through. Additionally the "berries" that came with the waffle meal were a puddle ... of mush, and looked very not-fresh, which is hard to imagine in Abbotsford. Read more

We usually come for dinner today we tried breakfast very good and pleased. Tried the mixed catch , 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, real ham, toast & home hash browns. Reasonably priced. Restaurant is always clean so are the bathrooms. Dinners are awesome too highly recommend

Based on the good reviews, the Missus and I dropped by the Roseland Restaurant for lunch. The restaurant wasn't very busy but the hostess was very welcoming. Our server was also very attentive during our meal. We found the food was only average at best. Based on the prices charged, we ... expected a bit more quantity. The breakfast ordered was very tepid to cold from the sausages to the toast. It was plated with a minimal amount of hash browns. The Missus' side salad was mostly lettuce. The coffee was also very weak and bland. The Missus had a cup of hot water and we were disappointed that she was charged for as a tea. We will be trying other eateries on our next visit to Abbotsford. Read more
