This location and Ellice (I haven't been to any other store), have the best customer service out of any food chain in the city. The restaurant is always clean, service is fast and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I am a very picky eater, so when I order ... my rice bowl with just pulled pork, lettuce, sourcream and cheese, they always ask if I want a bit more rice because my bowl is always empty looking, LOL, which I appreciate. Very good customer service but pricey for the veggie nachos and drink that my friend had. It would be nice if there was a combo. I enjoyed my veggie burrito, so good, and the manager was helpful; good atmosphere.

Always fresh and delicious! I’m so happy that adding cheese and guacamole doesn’t cost extra. I highly recommend grilled steak bowl!

Both customer service representatives were friendly, professional, patient with our group which made a wonderful experience today. They even listed the flavors of Jarritos and they had me at Guava. The food was fresh, tasty and certainly hit the spot after a hard day of work and then the gym, ... this is exactly what we needed. The space was clean and well stocked with hotsauce and utensils. Very, very Huge portions! Seems everyone works behind the counter, so tables are not so clean. Husband had steak burrito he thought it was good. He wants to know...where is the red cholula....he enjoyed the garnish selection. Mine was the brisket burrito...no flavor, except for the garnishment.
