Great brewery with a friendly host. All the beers I tasted have been well done and even some have a bicycling theme which is great. Right off the bike and bus route

I stopped in here to try a few of their beers after seeing all the fantastic reviews. The beer was great and the service was fantastic. My favourite beer had to be the lab test small batch. I would definitely come back here.

Some of the best beers in Winnipeg and friendly service. Just avoid the ultra spicy chips even if it's the last sharable bag of chips available, if you still want to taste your beer. Joking aside, SAB is a guaranteed good time.

It's infuriates me how well the service is here. I know, weird complaint. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and care while visiting. Updated 5 months in. They have earned their 5 stars with hard work. One-of new brews are super stars here. Ask. Drink. You can thank me later. On core pours: The blond ale still doesn't beg for a second pint and will be better ordered some hot day on their ... back deck. An Irish Red and an English Dark Mild Ale are better choices. The standout on this visit is Kaiser Bill IPA which is blessed relief from all the west coast hop bombs. Hats off to the team for filling some underrepresented spots in in the local spectrum and keeping alcohol levels drinkably low. Their standout is Luther's Folly a Kolsch hybrid that has been highly drinkable from day one. It's my growler go to. Owners plan a 4 core-pour plus seasonal ales. A canning line is on the way. Growlers are available now. Food is the challenge for this and all taprooms. Fortunately, the neighboring Teheran Cafe has stepped up to deliver their menu to your table!.
