Ice cream was so good! Staff on the other hand was not. Lots of unfriendly looks and bad attitude from the 3 female employees, one slammed my ice cream cup down. Wouldn’t go unless you want to be mistreated for ice cream by teenage girls

This is my favorite ice cream spot. It's so delicious and usually a great experience every time. However, today was not a great experience. I went in today around 4:45pm with my family and there was no other customers there besides one that came and went fairly quickly. The ones ... working today was a girl who appears to be Asian and another with long blonde hair. When I was ready to order, the Asian girl immediately seemed disinterested. I started the order by requesting 2 orders of single scoops of ice cream in a paper cup as the ice cream usually slides around and gets messy in the plastic dish for the kids. The first part of the order was handed in a plastic dish. I let her know that I requested a cup and both girls looked at me puzzled. The 2nd part of the order was another single scoop, different flavor. In the middle of getting my order, the girls seemed to be distracted by something outside and not very attentive. When I finally got the ice cream, it was a completely different flavor from what I asked for which was for my little girl. I don't expect to be treated like a queen or anything but I didn't even get an apology for the mix up. It was a very odd experience and the girls still seemed to be distracted and whispering amongst themselves. In the end, we got the ice cream that we asked for and it was great. Just walked there with my little girl today but realized it was a hour before they open. The man inside, who it think is the owner was inside preparing to open up saw us. He let us in and let us buy ice cream anyway which I thought was really ... nice. It made my daughter very happy. They also have really good Ice cream too. Read more

Small ice cream shop but packed with a great amount of flavours. Been border line obsessed with the creaminess of the flavours. And every time we are in town, we make sure it’s one of our stops. Have tried multiple flavours so far and we haven’t been disappointed yet. Top ... favourite has to be pistachio almond. But like what I said all flavours that was recommended has always been good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Covid protocols are in place. Sometimes there’s a line and wait can be long for some. But really it is totally worth the wait. Haven’t tried all ice cream shops in town yet, but this one of the best ice cream shops in Wpg definitely. Read more
