If you enjoy not getting what you ordered, waiting crazy amounts of time for your coffee to be made, and non-accountable customer service, then please.., go here. You will be satified. Years of orders being wrong had added up to me writing this. Today pushed me ... over the edge. Ordered two Americanos, black, through drive-through, and after paying was asked to wait for them to be brought out to me, and to pull ahead and park. No problem. Specialty coffee take time to make. I get it. Please note, this was long after the lunch rush, so it was not that busy at this Tims' location. After 10 MINUTES of waiting, I went into Tims to inquire on the status of the two coffees I paid for. Yep.., they were done, sitting at the machine still, getting cold. They completely forgotten about me and my order. Any apologies?.. Hell no! Had to microwave the coffees when I got home. So much for fresh brew and a good experience. I don't want any free stuff out of this.., just better service for the next person. Will NEVER go back to this Tims location. Read more

I hate to do this but it has happened far too many times now for me to not speak up. I went there today and ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, few bites in and I notice there are soggy looking tomato bits on my bagel? Thank god I am ... not allergic but what if someone was? It is extremely concerning to me from a quality control perspective, I will not be getting food from here anymore and there is no quality control, and I feel like myself or someone else is going to end up with food poisoning consuming this food. This place needs to be inspected from top to bottom as I don’t understand how they are still able to serve people this food that is essentially contaminated. Read more

We ordered an everything bagel with plain cream cheese toasted with butter but they gave us a bagel with just butter and they didn’t even give us plain cream cheese. This Tim Horton’s needs some improvements. There was 7 people working in drive-thru with 2 cars and 1 person working the front with 4 groups waiting. The Tim Bits all over-cooked or falling apart and they look even less appetizing with flies crawling on them. I added a zoomed in ... picture of the fly enjoying the poorly made donuts. Read more
