Had the Buddha bowl with chicken and a mango/orange/banana smoothie and both were good. Staff were friendly and quick.

Usually really good, maybe they've been struggling to find workers recently but it took half an hour for 3 sandwhichs and one wasn't even made correctly.

I’ve been there 3 times already. The atmosphere is always awesome and kind. The service is always amazing so kind especially considering there is only one person working there at a time (or at least when I’ve been there) I get the Mexico smoothie and pita with hummus each time ... it is amazing!!! 10/10 would recommend. In town for a few days and was looking for a healthy meal in the west end of St James. Great sandwich and salad (Cuban sandwich and Caesar salad). Great quality and value. Best healthy choice in this end of Winnipeg. Definitely recommend.

10 stars for Carribean smoothie. Perfect ratio of fruits, milk and ice. One of the best places for healthy food choices. Lots to choose from. Hoping to have dairy-free cheese option in the future. 🙂
