Hit or miss.. I've came and finished my bubble tea in 5 minuted because it's so delicious.. Then I've come with the same order and had to throw it out because it tasted like straight sweetener. They’ve got some board games( bad quality), expensive bubble tea, washroom smells bad and every time when we order a lot, they take a wrong order. The only reason i come here is they has more chairs and large parking spaces than panda tea.

A go to spot for me and my friends! I really enjoy the bubble tea here even though they use powder. Is a little bit pricey considering you don't get a choice of bubble or jelly (etc) included in the pricing, but as an additional cost. Their small ice cream scoop is small for $4. Not worth it. Bubble tea is good though for the price.

Place was empty when we went. I read someone else's review where they said it was dirty. It looked really clean when we went. Wait time was pretty long for our drink considering no one else was there. Can't imagine what the wait would be on a busy night. Drink tasted fine. Its one ... of the few places you can get strawberry milk tea (served hot). I'm not sure why its so difficult to get elsewhere, but its my friend's favorite. Read more
