Great bubble tea and great staff! My all-time favourite!

Although the bubble tea here is good the service is not. I always preorder online before coming to pick up my drinks and I always get ignored until the employee decides they have the 5 seconds it takes to hand me my order. I can understand attending to the people ... in line first but even when they are all taken care of I’m still waiting on the side where i can clearly see my drinks are ready to go. Also, half the time my order is incorrect (ie it’s missing toppings) and I don’t realize until I get home because I’m driving. Unsatisfy experiences at Panda Tea on Pempina. This location has always been our favorite place. We order green tea fresh yakult to take out around 2:45pm and get a weird texture in the drink, we tried to go back to explain that this is never happen before and the lade ... try to explain is because of bubble frozen. If she just apologized, i could let this pass easily, but she didn't, and i got back my car with same drink and found this little piece of the top of the yakult bottle. Read more

Love their milk tea, whether it is original milk tea or green milk tea. I used to order less ice and sweetness. First time ever tried Panda Tea turned out to be good. Got 22 Flamingo and Mango Alarm w a Blueberry cheesecake crepe. Tasted good 7/10 Would recommend.
