I had the mocha protein shake (minus the dates) and the Caprese chicken sandwich. Shake was tasty, the sandwich was very crisp with good flavour. It seemed a little light on chicken, though. There were sections of the sandwich with no chicken chunks at all on it.

Unless you understand nutrition and macros, dont just assume every shake is perfect for you, but the staff is very good about helping you make a decision that fits your macros.

Very good place to grab a smoothie on the go. Smoothie taste fresh and don't have any artificial taste to them like some other smoothie places have. I recommend getting the protein smoothies as they have high protein and taste awesome!

Tried the “outer spice” smoothie with a scoop of chocolate whey this morning it was so good with a nice clean energy rush. A must try :)

7$ for a snack size smoothie that tasted like powder. How hard is it to make mango and almond milk taste good? So disappointed. Will not return.
