ordered through door dash and booster juice made the wrong size smoothie. VERY UNHELPFUL as i paid for the regular and was told i have to go through door dash even though they are not at fault for the stores error.

I always have the ‘very berry’. I will try others later. I think they have the best juices in town. They taste really nice especially now that the weather is getting hot. Their staff are very respectful and always smiling. Everyone smiles and they call you by name when serving ... you- they ask when you get there. Always clean too. Unbelievably rude store manager. Requested combo per the ad and he refused to honor the signage and posted pricing of what was included. Very condescending to his staff and customers.

I would rate this zero if I could. Customer service is terrible and the staff have very little training regarding procedure and customer service. The first and last time I'd gone was when the employee, who wears an M necklace, stole my gift card and refused to give me my money ... back until I had called the manager. When I had to return the next week to retrieve it, she thought it was amusing to steal from people attempting to patron this location. Skip this place, to pay for an overpriced smoothie and to be robbed by the employee simultaneously is just not worth it. Read more
