The owners are extremely personable, they aim to please every order. Very pleasant to deal with.

We tried Papa Johns for the first time tonight. The pizzas were so soggy, we had to use knives and forks to eat it as you couldn’t pick it up with your hands. We used to order from this place for a long time, as we live very close by. Never ever had issues with them for couple of years now (Altho, I do think the owner changed recently? idk.. ) But when I ordered "Large Original Crust Fiery Buffalo Chicken Pizza", something ... tasted off like how it would when one of the ingredients go bad. Other pizza that we got was fine. Maybe onion or chicken went bad idk.. Anyways, I told them about it, and they apologized of course, but did not do anything to make it right. I feel like they should've gave us the refund or something. Their website has good discount deals for pick up orders. It took them about 15 min. to get our one large pizza ready for pick up. Ingredients were fresh, though I kind of wished they added a little more of the toppings.

The pizza's good, but ask for the daily specials for better pricing. Service / wait time is exactly what was told. Quick turnaround between order and the pie being ready. They seem to do a booking business with Skip The Dishes & Uber Eats.
