...welp we ended up at the Robin's nest Cafe in Vanscoy!..nice little dive diner in a gas station. Me and my neice had a bacon cheese burger with crinkle fries and gravy.. burger was large and delicious.. crinkle fries were crispy outside and fluffy inside! Great small town restaurant. Best pizza around, hands down. Owner is very accommodating and really in it for the customers.
We stopped in here on a road trip. The owner was very friendly. Decor is interesting with antiques, flags, and sports memorabilia. Our breakfasts were good. Overall a positive experience. Definitely a small town Saskatchewan kind of place. One of your best options on this stretch of highway.
