delicious food & nice people! I bought six zhongzi here and the gentleman gave me an extra for free!!he was very kind and walked me through the different types and how to best heat them up. the zhongzhi are wholesome and delicious.

I tried their whole wheat vegetarian buns with tofu and radish. It was delicious. I am giving 4/5 stars because there is no price list and the owners cannot communicate well with their customers. The deli is amazing. Their radish cake is the best I've ever had in my lifetime. Spiced to perfection, it replaces the traditional minced pork with smoked tofu, which is less oily but still flavorful. I'm impressed by how the store is arranged. It's really cheap and the quality of food is great. The building is a bit run-down but don't let that fool you cause I really love the food. This is the best vegetarian bakery I've ever seen. They do have some baked goods that are sweet, such as buns with red bean paste or black sesame paste, or taro inside. But most of the food is about vegetarian food that is a great meal for those ... who don't have time or don't want to cook. This food is very tasty. Their most popular item is a type of rice noodles with vegetables and a little bit of fake meat. Delicious, but usually only available from just before noon until mid afternoon on weekdays. The owners are from Taiwan, so have limited English, but certainly enough to get by. Highly recommend this place. I've been going there for year. Don't know why I didn't think to give them a review until now. They're very nice, happy, gentle people. SOME OF THEIR FOOD DOES HAVE MEAT, so if you are a strict vegetarian you have point at something you're interested in and say "Meat, or no meat".
