I have been to many Ali Baba's in the city over the years, it is my favourite "fast food". Some are better than others but I have never had anything like this. False advertising. Has a poster on their window advertising that a chicken/beef/falafel/fish platter is $7.99. But then they charge you over $9.00 for it when you actually pay. They claim $7.99 is for students only even though it does not say that on the poster. When you mention this, the ... staff become rude and unprofessional. Do not go to this location. Read more

Had the chicken shawarma wrap. The chicken was dry, crusty, and tasteless. The standard sauces made it eatable but some parts of the chicken were so crusty and hard I wasn't sure if I chipped a tooth or was still eating chicken.

Not customer focused ... at all. They advertise hours until 10PM. We walked in just a few minutes after 9PM and most of the food was either thrown away or put away. He said they usually close the doors at 9:30 so they can clean up an be out by ... 10. We both ordered the chicken shawarma platter (as that's all they had left). It was good. That is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. I won't be coming back here, though. I'll probably try a different location next time. Read more

The place used to be good before, now new employees, cannot even make the shawarma sandwich properly, the sandwich was soaked in sauces, and the bread was limp and soggy. Worst sandwich ever
