Good staff and fast service. Delicious food. Burger has place for improvement

Haven't been in a while after a not so great visit or two. But my goodness have they stepped up their game. Two different flavors of wings sauce and wings cooked to perfection. Great fries. And a dynamite server. See you again soon !!!!!

It's like any other chain restaurants. Decent service and the time it took for the food to come out is decent. Overall the good quality n the restaurant is pretty good. Only issue is no parking.

Went for half priced wings Tuesday. The food was good, the ambiance not so much. The restaurant started with a bit of a lunch crowd that quickly cleared out. My boyfriend and I were the only people there for most of the time. Staff checked on us by yelling across ... the restaurant and asking if we're still good. They cleaned up and moved tables while talking to each other loudly. It's probably more professional at a busier time of day (we visited around 1:30pm). The restaurant was freezing, I regretted leaving my coat in the car. The bathrooms are in the basement, very dimly lit and the sinks only have cold water. Started off alright. Had we been informed of the 15% mandatory tip added to the bill at the beginning out of visit...that would have been nice, but at that you'd think the service would be a bit better then our server coming around more then once besides dropping off our food. ... The place wasn't that busy and our server was too busy hanging out at the bar to be flagged down. Tips are earned, not a guarantee.. Especially of an unsatisfactory job. Would have been nice to have a decent and what is normally reliable restaurant chain in the neighborhood but I guess that's asking too much. Read more
