Very convenient location easy access to taxi buses and there is a nearby train station too. Clean rooms and spacious service of the staff also good. Great location, but the TV will be your biggest opp! Overall it had a nice cafe across the street for breakfast. I highly recommend visiting!! It's too small though in terms for 4 guests. The location of the plasma TV sticking out the wall ensured all of us were hit with it ... 😭💀 Would recommend the hotel to probably go with wall inlets for a TV. Else it's expected to bump into the corners at some point. Also, if you have a lot of luggage, good luck playing tetris with it. It's very cramped inside. Staff was friendly and kind, check in and check out went without an issue. The building itself is pretty fancy too. Probably the best holiday inn I seen so far, the ones back in the US are something else... (For reference, my review is based on the double queen bed option.) Read more

Hotel was easy to find and in a great location for walking to many sites. Parking was a little confusing as the ramp to the garage is on the back street, we parked in the public parking garage by mistake, but now we know for next time where to go. The ... hotel was very clean and staff were all very pleasant. Out room was perfect size and the beds were comfortable. I only wish we had a better view as our window looked out into the courtyard and was an easy view in to the room so we kept the curtain drawn. We did not eat at the hotel but did have cocktails at the bar. Darrell our tender was fantastic....he really treated us like we were royalty. I would definitely stay here again the next time I plan to visit Toronto. Read more

I really don't understand the issues people have with this hotel, it's making me question if they was just rude to the staff first and didn't like the response or snobs who were expecting the Hilton or something. The hotel was perfect, good location, the staff were all helpful and made ... us feel more than welcome, especially Daryll who worked in the bar and the lovely women In the restaurant who made my wife's day by telling her beautiful she was and complimenting her nails. The rooms were fine for size for 2 people staying a week that didn't plan on using the room to play football or baseball (I'm guessing this is what the complaining guests were planning) and the food in the hotel was fantastic. There was a gift shop that sold a variety of things including some snacks and miniature amenities you may have forgotten. I loved my stay here and will stay again. Good hotel in a great location. We stayed at the hotel for several nights and our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff is incredibly nice, the room service is excellent and the reception staff are nice. I should mention that the room was always clean, bathrobes and slippers were offered (there was only ... one in the room and we asked the reception to get another set), bottles of water were provided free of charge upon request (which makes it very easy for tourists) and the bed was comfortable. The only point I have a criticism on is the fact that the room is very small, the bathroom is quite small and may be uncomfortable. I will conclude by saying that the hotel is excellent and at a relatively good price, despite the small room, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Read more
