Been going here since 2017 - great selection of beers and food with some oldie but goodie vibes. Sweet potato fries are delicious and a unique salad dressing. The charcuterie board seems to have not been able to stand the test of inflation and has shrunk a bit but still good ... can't complain. Small and cute pub with large selection of Trappist & Craft beers, plus whisky. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Plates were a good portions but my wonton ships were a bit greasy. The best for me was the atmosphere, nice and relax that I could chat ... and take my time with no one pushing me and putting the bill on the table. Thank you. Read more

Great little local haunt. Their house beer is decent and their food is next level good! I got their garpar fries and some wings, both amazing. Great for a date, casual dinner and drinks!

Had a wonderful time at the Monk's Kettle! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating, they check up on you often, but not too much as to be a bother. It felt very comfortable being in the environment as they treat everybody that walks in like a friend. Even ... the other patrons at the location were of good spirit and we're happy to open their conversations up to people around them to join in. So it definitely felt very welcoming to be there! The food was enjoyable and didn't take a long time to make it to me after I ordered it. There is also a good selection of alcohol as well as some local craft beers and good stuff on tap as well! In terms of bars/pubs the Monk's Kettle is a more quiet location, at least it was when I was there, though it was a nice atmosphere because it was a bit of a more cozy and quiet place to enjoy some music and a bit of a drink! Don't let the look of the place fool you, a burger with fries and a beer on the patio here will make your week, if not your month. This place has one of the best burgers I'd eaten in years (the first burger on the menu), and my wife's tuna ... tartare was also outstanding. The food and drinks here are well priced (rather cheap, actually, for the quality of the food), and the waiter was friendly and professional. I couldn't recomend this place any more highly, and I can't wait to return some time soon and try something different. 5 stars is the lowest rating that I can provide The Monk's Kettle. Read more
