Love this location. Always has the games on tv. UFC, hockey, basketball. You need to go early as it gets busy at dinner and into the evening. Place slammed. Wings and fries and sauce are really good. Got mild sauced wings. Drinks are great. Had Long Island ice teas. Service ... was super quick and better than a lot of places. We had 2 servers and both were outstanding. Would highly recommend! This place deserves zero stars if that were an option. I've never felt more let down by a restaurant. Arriving around 5:30pm, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only one other couple present. Despite being seated, no one approached our table to take our drink orders. I had to personally ... go to the bar and request service, which is unheard of and incredibly frustrating. Meanwhile, three waiters were leisurely chatting at the bar, showing no concern for customers. When our food arrived, our wings were completely submerged in sauce, making them soupy and unappetizing (see photos). To add insult to injury, the sauce was served in plastic shot glasses. This experience was a disappointment in every aspect. Furthermore, aside from the wings being overly sauced, they lacked crispiness and appeared undercooked. When I brought this concern to the waiter's attention and she returned them to the kitchen, the cook dismissed it as merely the bone, despite the presence of pink meat throughout the batch. In summary, I would strongly advise against recommending this place to anyone, and I intend to pursue further action regarding my experience. Read more
Customer service was good even for a Saturday crowed. Good sports bar with big screens. It was super cold on a recent Saturday until we had to request for the heat to be turned up. Menu is sort of lazy for example the Cheeseburger Dilly Tots $15.79 +tax felt like ... frat boy food. The raw diced red onions were too much and stunk up the restaurant and even my place. While I have no issues with raw onions, it was simply too much and overpowered the whole dish; Way less of it and cooked into the dish (caramelized) would have been much better. The ingredients did not fuse well together and I would have been happier with just taters. Their wings are good as I've had it before. Beer and cocktails were decent price. Mill St Organic 20oz (pint) was $8.39+tx each. The Long Island Iced tea $9.29+tx was too sweet for me. Had four drinks total (3 beer and one LI Iced Tea) with the tater dish and it was $65.29 with tax and tips all in. Read more
Visited this location for the first time. Staff were friendly, the location was convenient as it is within STC. However parking is not easily accessible. I ordered the buffalo wing poutine. It was really good. The chicken was crispy , topped with sweet chili sauce that I requested from their ... list. The portion is good for the price, enough to fill you up. I will definitely order this dish again. Read more
I recently visited this St. Louis Bar & Grill and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. The food at this establishment is undeniably amazing and well-prepared, but unfortunately, my dining experience was marred by the poor customer service exhibited by one of the servers, Ayesha. Upon placing ... my order for wings poutine, I requested Smokey BBQ sauce, which is my preferred choice. However, Ayesha suggested that BBQ won't taste good and that a spicy sauce would be a better option, to which I politely declined and reiterated my preference for BBQ sauce. Ayesha's response was marked by a judgmental facial expression with a nod, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The lack of professionalism and poor service displayed by Ayesha left me questioning why someone with such demeanor is working in the hospitality industry, especially in a renowned restaurant like St. Louis Bar & Grill. Overall, while the food at St. Louis Bar & Grill is exceptional, the negative interaction with Ayesha significantly impacted my dining experience. I hope that the management addresses issues related to customer service to ensure that all patrons are treated with respect and courtesy during their visit. Read more
