Rorschach Brewing Company - Toronto, Ontario

First off, don't get put off by the surrounding area, it's not your usual craft beer brewery just off a main street in a town. It's bloody awesome. The front of the building makes it look small, but it's the Tardis inside! I've read about the beer for a long time and it ... didn't disappoint. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, Nolan especially. We had a super duper dry and a couple of the sours which were both fantastic examples of their style. The food was outstanding, the sandwiches are no joke. My 20 year old said it was the best buffalo bleu he's ever had, high praise indeed. Nothing but good things to say, we will be back. Read more

Terrific brewery with amazing food and beer. First timer here and was super impressed. Large selection of beers that will meet the needs of any style of beer drinker. Very chill vibes at this brewery!! Awesome variety of fun beers - they don’t do flights but you can order a bunch of “short” pours to share with friends. They also have a new beer from their “innovation series” every week!! Shauna was great, would def come back 🥰❤️

This is the second time I've been here, and it definitely gets 5 stars from me. The ambience is chill and employees excellent and very nice. The beer and food are delicious. We arrived and went inside to order some drinks and a sandwich to split. It was made quickly ... and we sat at the picnic tables in the front, but the upstairs balconies looked great too. I bought all the beer, and a cute hoodie. I'll be stopping here any time I visit Toronto, and recommending it. Read more

There's a pro and con for every criteria I'm reviewing this place on. Not often that happens, but here it is: The service was very friendly, but also very slow. The food was pretty good (albeit inconsistent; three of us ordered the smash burger and the fries were all varying degrees of ... cooked), but it was overpriced. The beer was delicious, but it gave us all terrible hangovers the next day. None of us went crazy, and I personally only stuck with the same beer once discovering they don't do flights (the Hologram which is a very good beer), but we still all woke up this morning feeling terrible. The atmosphere has no con. It's a lovely little spot that feels nice to be in. Overall, I'd say this place is okay. Pretty good, but nothing to rave about. Read more
