The walls are extremely thin, making it unsuitable for light sleepers or those who prefer to sleep before 1am. Rooms near the elevator are particularly problematic, as you can hear all conversations from people waiting there. The bathroom is very tight and uncomfortable, though the shower is a good size. ... Room was really nice but I thought it would be bigger for the price. Lobby looked amazing and loved how it was full of people having drinks and visiting. Location was awesome as it was across from union station. Super convenient for taking the GO train.

Have stayed here four separate times amazing hotel. Fantastic Restaurant and food! Although, they’re most recent lobby renovation I think has missed the mark in terms of what I think they were going for just my opinion. Have to love the location across from Union Station! My most recent trip was the ... first time I stayed in a standard room as we were there for friends wedding and only for the night I didn’t feel the need to upgrade. The size of the room doesn’t properly reflect the amount in which is charged. My recommendation would be either upgrade rooms or stay elsewhere if it’s a short trip and you’re not looking to spend much time in the hotel. Read more

The location is probably the most attractive quality of the hotel. It’s extremely close to Union Station so it’s easy to get around. The staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help. I would have to say, I was slightly disappointed by the rooms itself. For a seven nights ... stay, I was first given a room with absolutely no access to light as the window looked out into the opposite hotel wing. Upon request, I was moved to another room which was still partially blocked by the opposite hotel wing. I was told that they were no other available rooms and this was the only option which surprised me as they did not consider an upgrade despite my seven night stay. The room is a small cozy room. The bathroom is tiny though and I only just fit. The toilet is squished between the shower and the sink so if you are slightly broader, it would be extremely uncomfortable. Moreover the swimming pool and other amenities were closed during the entire duration of the stay which I was informed of only after I booked my room. I noticed that there was no special attention paid to replace complimentary items for longer stays like water, toothpaste etc. I enjoyed my stay but not what I expected for the price I paid 😅 Read more
