We booked a room that can seat up to 10 people and it was for the whole night (from 9pm to 3am) It was 120$ in total before tax es and tips (note that we went here on a weekday so everything was cheaper.) Other ratings said that you have ... to be aware of hidden fees but from our experience there was no hidden fees. The room itself was good, decent sound system, microphone and everything. The only downside regarding the room is the fact that the karaoke system song selection is very oriented towards chinese audience. If you or your friend can speak/read mandarin, you will be fine. If not you WILL struggle a bit because the english songs selection is a bit outdated but there are definitely a substantial amount of English songs just don't expect to sing that recently comes out. The 120$ package comes with food, we can order anything up until we hit 120$ and we didn't pay a single dime extra. The menu had a LOT of drink selections and a few snack options as well. The snacks were decent and the service took like 10-20 mins to prepare our order which is reasonable in my humble opinion. The staff is a bit blunt when it comes to service mindset but they did their job and did not shout at us/kick us out like the other rating s said. The atmosphere itself is also quite good, dark room with disco balls and everything. Just the perfect settings to scream into a microphone in my opinion. In conclusion, if you/your friend can read/speak mandarin and are more inclined to sing asian songs (K-pop/C-pop) with some English songs sprinkle on top. THE WORST KTV EVER!!! Their staff's attitude were extremely bad, and the sound equipment were the worst I’ve encountered in the dozens of KTVs I’ve been to, with blasting sounds that made it impossible to sing properly. Huge communication issue among their staff, and instead, they yelled at the customers, ... as if we did something wrong. Moreover, they maliciously cut off our songs, simply because they didn’t want to solve the problem and just wanted to drive us away. The worst place ever!!! Don’t come here. Online menu is cheaper than what they charge in person and they won’t honour or change the online menu at all. Very unprofessional and staff told me to meet them outside for a fight. What was supposed to cost $550 actually cost $1000 so basically double what we ... expected. If you come here, prepare for being scammed and unprofessional service. Snuck in here for a last-minute booking after midnight recently with a group of friends. Every time I venture away from Bar+ I'm reminded why doing so is a bad idea. Next to no English songs, overpriced and the service wasn't great. One of the staff was visibly ill and kept ... horking snot into a tissue while handling our room arrangements and drinks.
