We tried the Beef Carpaccio (highly recommend), Grilled Sea Bream (not a big standout but still really good!), Confit Duck Pappardelle (very interesting and will order again), Foie Gras Parfait (very pretty presentation, we ordered it as part of appetizer), and Banana Cream Pie (we didn’t expect to eat it ... all since we’re so full, but it was really good). Each dish was perfectly prepared, with standout flavors like the chive aioli on the carpaccio and the rum caramel in the banana cream pie. We opted for the Flight 199 mocktail, and the server thoughtfully split it into two glasses for us without being asked, enhancing our experience. The ambiance is relaxed and the location is prime in Yorkville. The server was very helpful, providing all necessary menu details. Came here on the recommendation of a friend. And overall this did not disappoint. My only gripe with the food is that it was too salty. Additionally for French Cuisine, it seems odd to serve a brioche style bread instead of a baguette. Lobster wrap, beef carpaccio, and the duck paradelle were ... fantastic. If not for the horrible service we experienced last night, I would have given 3 stars. But the service was inexcusable. We ordered two appetizers - the lobster roll and the beet salad. Both were bland and tasteless. Then we waited 40 minutes for the next course to come out. ... The duck pappaerdelle was excellent. The foie gras parfait was good not great. Then we sat with empty dirty plates on our table for 20 minutes as our server walked by us 16 (I counted) times without looking at our table. Eventually, we had to call for someone to clean our table off so we could order dessert. The banana cream pie was average and I’ve had better pies at random diners. All in all - an incredibly disappointing experience for a Michelin star restaurant and one I would rank dead last amongst all the Michelin restaurants I’ve eaten at. Read more

I have been here before but I think I expected more returning to this Michelin starred restaurant. I thought that the lobster wrap were too salty and the rest of the dishes although were good, I think were a bit uninspiring at times. I would say the only dish I ... really enjoyed was the foie gras parfait and would recommend ordering it! The service was impeccable as expected but I thought the music playing was a bit too loud to have conversations with one another. I came here on a weeknight for dinner. I ordered this cocktail that looked pretty on Instagram but did not taste that pretty in real life. On the other hand, the food here was amazing. The highlights of my meal were the Iberian pork chop and white asparagus. The chop ... was thick, juicy, and flavorful. The asparagus had this herb salad on top that was extremely refreshing.
