The Lounge – The Drake Hotel - Toronto, Ontario

We took advantage of the new happy hour at the drake cafe! It was 10/10 so delicious, tasty & the service was incredible. We loved the food and the drinks, the vibes were so fun! What an experience! This was almost like half hotel half adventure - the staff are awesome, amenities top notch and all the trimmings are high quality. Our room - The Crash Pad - was this eclectic tiny room with a queen size bed plunked in the middle of the the ... bathroom, kitchen, counter and hanging rack. All the art fit the vibe somehow and it was just "warm and relaxing", despite the fact it's the smallest room in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, pointing us to nearby attractions and restaurants. Extremely conveniently located. We used credit card points, but this place is pricey. Drinks, food, in-room amenities. But you are getting a really high quality, complete experience so if I was celebrating a special occasion I'd consider this an option. Read more

We've tried a lot of the cool and hip accomodations that Toronto has to offer and it is easy to say this one is in the top five. Very pleasant greeting from the super friendly front desk staff who got us sorted and into our room without delay. Small but ... cozy room that's nicely equipped with all you might need. Dinner was fantastic with the most excellent seat looking out onto the comings and goings. Excellent service and the food was great. Explore the hotel if you stay here, make sure to take a fiver for the photo booth. Read more

Dropped by here for a trivia night with my cousins and had such a wonderful time. The vibes were great. Amazing drink menu, something for everyone. A good food menu as well! Expensive but what isn’t. Would recommend to try it out. Good vibes only

Had a couple of drinks and happy hour snacks at 4:30pm on a Monday. Great ambience and good service. Beer selection is a little too 'big beer' with few local craft options but not none. Food was very good. Had a tuna taco and a drake slider burger. Server kept.coming ... around but not pushy. Maybe overzealous in clearing dishes before all food was consumed but pretty minor.
