Fun bar, but they didn't have any of the beers I wanted and I asked for 5 types I saw on the menu. The wings are quite good, but the kitchen couldn't come up with an easy recipe for what I had in mind.

Back when I lived in the area, I used to come on weekly basis for their Monday wings night. I've always remembered their wings fondly, and would consider driving for an hour to stop by and eat wings here again. So after so many years, we came back. The wings were ... just as I remembered it. Yes, they have a lot of flavours, but I'd stick to my favourites: dry rub roasted garlic and pepper, dry rub Caribbean jerk, red Thai, and blue cheese buffalo. And these wings were huge and succulent, so every bite matters. While the ranch dip was amazing with the celery sticks, my heart would always swing towards the blue cheese dip. The place has seen better days post COVID, though. Our host was gracious, always ready to refill our water at will and interact with us as time permitted. I would have left the moment I walked in if I wasn't meeting someone. It smells dirty. The chicken tenders were overdone, and the dipping sauce was chunky. I would have turned it back, but I was with a client who chose the location. We ordered curly fries but got ... straight. Pub experience like a pub. The food is regular pub food and the wings are good and good beer selection. For the wings, we got three different flavors, honey bbq and garlic parmesan were good but the Baja chipotle was not very good, I would not recommend this flavor. Good bar , good food , good crowd. Been coming here ever since it was smilin’ jacks. Wings are delicious , Cesar salad is a must. Always fresh beer. Despite some bad reviews regarding waitresses , our experience was really good. They were super friendly.
