Who doesn't enjoy indie alehouse? It's a classic! You can get lightly upscaled pub fare and some nice microbrews in either a classic industrial or on a sunny patio. The service has always been good and the food and drinks punctual. Currently on the menu, the nachos especially slap. I booked a reservation for a large party for my boyfriend's birthday. We arrived on time and had a reasonable, respectful group of adults. Although the service was okay and the food was really good we felt the entire time like we were an inconvenience to the servers. We got a ... lecture from a server that was unhappy we wanted to push our reserved tables together so we could talk with our friends. We got rushed out early and although we ordered food and drinks and tipped well. The hours posted for Saturdays are stated as midnight closing time. We were rushed out at 10:45. The restaurant was half empty and the server didn't seem to be tending to any other tables. I'm really disappointed that we decided to dine here and it left a really bad taste in my mouth. Read more

Came at 5:52pm, and heard there was happy hour till 6 Our waiter said he'd be right back. I asked another waiter what time it went to and he said 6pm so it was done. When our waiter came back I said we wanted to order a beer before happy hour ... but he didn't get back in time so he was nice enough to honor it with a passive aggressive attitude that continued for the remainder of the night, especially when I asked to understand the bill. Went for some dinner with friends, had the fried chicken, it was delicious. 3 large boneless pieces of white meat chicken, served with potato salad and coleslaw, worth the price. One thing I noticed while I was there was how nice and quiet it was. You're able to have a conversation ... with others at your table without the need to shout over loud music or tvs blaring sports.
