This restaurant should close down! I don't know how you are still in business?? You guys are serving stale chicken wings to customers. They are frozen, refried, and served burnt/extra crispy. The bones were black! Your Customer service is extremely poor. Just terrible service, when you address the issue the waitress ... says, "This is how it is". They don't even offer to remake the meal. Best wings I've ever had. I try wings everywhere I go and these are in a tier all their own. Service is always super friendly. Very cozy environment. Great cesar salad too.

Best wings in Toronto, hands down. Lots of different options to choose from, ranging from classic Buffalo to more creative options like lemonade or spicy honey. THE most overrated spot for wings in the city. If you want variety + quality, go to Wing Spot (100 flavours and great quality wings). Crown relies on past glory that was frankly never deserved, as it was recognized as one of the best in Toronto due to its large menu ... of wings. The wings are puny and severely overpriced, and come out looking like someone dried them in the sun. I don’t know how long they freeze their wings for, but the meat quality was very poor and tasted noticeably old. The rest of the menu is very bland, uninspired and basic pub food that isn’t done well. It honestly feels like you can get similar quality from heating frozen food in the oven. Decor in the restaurant is dated and worn out, so unless you want a dive-bar feel, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. Staff are also lazy and ambivalent. One of the waiters just sat around and didn’t pay attention to customers at all. They do nothing to make you feel welcome or taken care of, and make it seem like it’s a chore to serve you. They deserve negative tips for their lack of care. Read more
