Looking forward to a good Italian meal for Father’s Day to turn up disappointed. My meal did not taste Italian and the portion size was so small. Everyone at the table left hungry and dissatisfied. This place is so good! All the staff was extremely attentive and we had multiple servers checking in on us every 15-20 min. If there was anything we needed they did not hesitate to grab it for us. The restaurant serves a very unique style of pizza (for the Windsor area), with the dough being pretty much the same thickness over the entire pie. This way, the pie is evenly baked and easy to eat with your fingers. The toppings are very good, and the greens are fresh. ... The atmosphere inside is very nice. The overall impression was kind of spoiled with not having cola drinks (run out, never seen in North America) and a pinaple juice being fizzy (most likely spoiled). Also, I don't like waiters to bring me the bill and the pay machine as soon as I stop eating. The restaurant was almost empty, and it just felt rude, like they were trying to get rid of us as soon as possible. This is, unfortunately, a practice in many places, and it just doesn't feel right. If you are looking for an authentic Italian fine dining experience, this is the place in town. Every single thing on the menu looks delicious. Mozzarella balls were amazing. Veal with creamy sauce was the best fish I have had. Yummy yummy! Service could be improved but the quality of the food is way above average for Windsor-Essex county. Brought me back to Europe!
