I recently came across some negative comments suggesting that the staff at this restaurant don’t speak English well. Based on my experience, this is not a problem at all; the staff’s English proficiency is quite good. The food is delicious, affordable, and served in a clean environment. This restaurant welcomes ... both Muslim and non-Muslim patrons. As a Muslim who eats only halal food, I appreciate the quality and taste of their dishes, which are reminiscent of Afghan cuisine. This is why I love this place.♥️ Read more
Excellent place for Street Food. I saw some negative comments about the customer service and English communication of the employees. Food quality is good, language is not an issue at all. When you go there enjoy the street food taste and ambience. It’s not an elegant restaurant but it’s meant ... to be a street food restaurant with good taste. This place is busy and It gives an impression of multicultural restaurants which is great. This was my second visit and I would love to go there in my next trip to Vancouver. Read more
*It's not a nutritious meal/Not healthy to consume on regular basis* Amazing Food for the price. They currently have their all you can eat buffet of Chole Bhature with Halwa and Dahi for $10 (It may change in future). The taste is alright as they offer green chillies that one can ... take according to their taste. The seats that you get depend on the availability so try to phone in to book in advance to book a table. Their seating is so congested that sometimes you feel like having a dinner with the other party sitting next to you or the people standing in line waiting to be seated. Their customer service is alright but then again, I don't really have any high expectations when I'm paying 10 bucks for a quick meal. I'll definitely be back hoping that my gut biome stays strong to handle the grease :) Read more
Been craving Pakistani food for a while and this satisfied that craving! The staff were really nice. Found the prices affordable compared to so many other Vancouver places. We ordered the goat paya, chicken kharai, chicken korma, chicken seekh kebabs and the chai. The chicken seekh kebabs were my favourite, ... highly recommend them!! I enjoyed the goat payas the second most - haven’t come across a place that you can get those at so was really excited to have them, the rest of the meal was really good too. Portions were well sized, we drove all the way from Vancouver so we ordered a lot and had a good amount of left overs to take home. On their wall they have a really cute saying that I liked: “separated by borders, united by food”. Overall loved the atmosphere, the food and the service!!! Read more
