Love this hotel as it's walking distance to everything. Rooms are nice, check in was great. Very nice atmosphere in the lobby area. It was a treat to have complimentary bottled water in the room. Thank you.

Had a great stay. Spent two nights here for a work trip. It's in a good location, located right across from the mall which had lots of shops and food options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was good, very cozy, I liked that one of the lounging ... chairs had USB charging ports. Great bathroom amenities, and the shower had fairly decent water pressure. Depending on what side your room is on you wind up with not a bad view, overlooking the neighbourhood facing the mountains. Would absolutely stay here again. Read more

The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean. The parking charge of $15/night is ridiculous, this hotel is not a tourist attraction and parking should be included :( At the very list the confirmation email should have indicated that parking was an extra charge. This added $45 to my hotel ... bill. The amenities in the room were severely lacking. Smallest fridge I've ever seen, no microwave, no toaster. Nothing extra! If I would have known, I would have booked somewhere else!!! Read more

Stayed here for two nights. The staff was amazing and upon check-in in front desk gave us a little gift for my puppy. The room was spacious and had great amenities. We ordered some food from room service and it was all amazing. Kudos to the staff for great service!

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my time here! We arrived at the hotel a few hours before check-in and Andy at the front desk held our luggage in a back room until our room was ready so we could explore the nearby mall without having to ... lug all our things around with us which we really appreciated! The location of the hotel is great with lots of places nearby to check out and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We didn't get room service this year but we did when we stayed here last year and it was delicious! The menu was different this year compared to our last stay as well so it was nice to see that it rotates! The cleaning staff were incredibly kind whenever we spoke with them and they made our bed every day, treating my stuffed animals with care! And the bed was so comfortable! I wish the room had a microwave though. Upon checkout we were helped by Andy again at the front desk, and after checking out he held our luggage in a back room again as we still had a few hours until our bus to the airport arrived and we wanted to get lunch.
