I used to love MUCHO BURRITO , but now the staff is so unfriendly, I visited here yesterday on 6th JULY 2024, around 9 PM. I just asked for NACHOS. Firstly they made me wait for 5 minutes although there was no line up. Then the girl asked me ... my order and said OVEN IS NOT WORKING. I think they shut it off as they seem to close early. ZERO star for customer service. They are not even welcoming or smile at customers. I really hated this experience and will never come to this location. I recommend everybody to not to go there at all. Also, AC is not working at this location at all. It was smelling disgusted. Management should hire respectful and nice people. Read more

The food was not bad but the lady serving us seemed short and annoyed. Maybe it was the heat but didn’t appreciate the impatience while I was deciding what to order. I've visited this restaurant multiple times during the summer, and each time, the air conditioning has been non-functional. It makes for an incredibly uncomfortable dining experience, especially in the heat. While the food and service are good, the lack of a working AC is a serious drawback. Really friendly, great portions. Made the veggies fresh to order. I got the steak bowl with cheese, veggies, chickpeas, corn, onions, and medium salsa (with burrito sauce). Feels healthier than other fast food options.

If you like mucho Burrito.do not come to this location please.i eat almost 3 a week.this location service definitely.four topping they put little bit.you have to ask.no tray no tissue.you have to ask for everything.
