Where do I start. Place looked like it hasn't been cleaned all day, super busy and nowhere to sit. When staff was told about the mess they smirked it off between them. Ive been to this location multiple times and each time it seems to get worse. They skimp out on serving sizes that barely fills half the bowl and they don’t listen when you say no to something. They pretty much build the bowl for you without asking you if you ... want something. Im a vegetarian and the guy who “helped” me decided that I wanted chicken when I asked for sofritas. Very disappointed with this location. You’re better off either going to a different location and hoping for better service or going elsewhere to eat. First time here to tried their bowl meal. Its hard for first timer like me to make our own bowl meal because we don't know which one is good and which one are not. One or two wrong combination will ruined the taste of the meal, which I ... hate. Price isn't cheap. Each meat you choose has different price, some of the stuff there also they charge extra, make sure you are aware. Environment is not good, not comfortable to dine-in.
