Great Service and amazing staff. A wonderful lady made me a juice. So refreshing and tasty. They make juice from the scratch with fresh fruits. Staff was very informative and customized my juice. Wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend Guildford location.

Extremely bad customer service. We ordered abundant açai and the girl working there denied to tell her name but we experienced unacceptably poor behaviour….. she denied to change the drink as it was too sour and tingent …. We have had the drink before but the taste was not the ... same ….really bad experience and when we asked to change the drink … she was talking to someone named “Sharan” on WhatsApp …. I ordered a few bubble tea with my friends and there is a couple complaints I have .First complaint is the pearls were awful and in my opinion not edible and second complain is that they packed my drink with a lot of nice and they didn’t fill my drink ... up to the top. Read more

This smoothie and experience totally changed my prior perception of Jugo Juice which wasn't great based on a prior bad customer service experience. It was super yummy, good size and tasted awesome.
