Akal Veggie used to be 5 Star plus. My kids always enjoy here. The food and the options were great. Today I'm here but so disappointed they have changed everything. Now it's Veg and Non Veg both. This is a really good place offering tasty vegetarian food at decent prices and it is extremely clean. They however seem to add a lot food coloring to the curries and that is a little disappointing. The customer service could definitely use some improvement.

Paranthas are to die for. They serve them in home style I.e. with bowl of yogurt, pickle on side and butter cubes. Aalo parantha was better than gobhi parantha. They serve Tuesday special which is Saag with makki roti...a must try. Tea was tasty too.

We go here from time to time for parantha (Indian stuffed bread) it tastes delicious and its like I'VE visited my east Indian friends grandma for some paranthas. Inexpensive and delicious. All the staff is really nice, even if they don't speak English they are really kind. ... The restaurant is so clean and the service is fast and efficient. The mango lassi is delicious here aswell. Simple wonderful service. 1st visit certainly coming back. One of the joints that would be my regular. Very refreshing Tea Aloo Parantha. Service was very impressive, I witnessed them attending the new customers with smile even after closing time. Thank you for the good service & good food.
