Say in to dine at this location, I was charged twice for my dinner (I was told my debit did not go through) when I left and checked my account, I saw it did go through and I was also charged again! I went back to ask for one charge ... to be returned and they flat out refused, Sarb and Nav stood at the register and just argued that they only charged once and I was out $17! Even after I provided statements on my phone, they continued to argue and tell me I was wrong!? Worst experience I've had at any food chain, and they were rude and accusatory when I was simply asking for my money back :( I have emailed head office but currently I'm still out the money. It's bad enough when the person answering the phone is too difficult to understand, but then you arrive and staff are on their phone and your food looks like what fell out of a Big Mac!
