This used to be a 5 star Burger joint because the fries were amazing pre-pandemic but now either due to supply issues or management stupidity they changed the fries resulting in utter disappointment and left me feeling ripped off with big helping of inedible garbage fries that I wouldn't feed ... to my dog I will never eat here again until I'm made aware that the fries have been restored to thier former glory who ever is responsible for the descision to opt out of selling amazing fries should be given no less than 40 lashes in the public square Read more

A friend recommended Vera's, incredible burgers. The menu is simple and covers so many different burgers and sides. We ordered Poutine on the side as well as 2 double burgers. The portions are huge, I could only eat the Poutine and half the burger, always good for munchies later on. ... This is definitely our next burger. Fast food doesn't even come close to these. Ordered the bbq. They got my order wrong. It looks like the vera burger instead. No bacon, bbq sauce. This is the second time that this has happened.

Really enjoyed tonight’s takeout burgers from Vera’s! You can really taste the difference. Super thick patties paired with all the usual suspects, plus super soft buns! You can’t go wrong with any of their burgers. This location has lots of parking and seating. Fairly friendly service when I visited. Haven’t tried ... to dine in here yet, but will do so next time! Decent experience in terms of the food received, but the overall experience was sub-par to say the least. Staff were on their phones in the dining area, which I feel personally looks poor for the establishment, and when I initially came in they were reproachful and almost distant, as though ... uncomfortable dealing with customers. I also personally feel that for the cost of the meal the quality had difficulty matching up to it, but certainly better than standard fair at other restaurants. As such, I would still recommend here for a once in a while meal, but you may be better off trying somewhere else with a larger dining area and more approachable staff. Read more
