This is a nice location, with good employees. The restaurant was clean and in good repair, even though the neighborhood seemed a little run down. Bad customer service. Manager is so loud and very rude. Floor is so messy. Garbage is on floor. Very bad atmosphere. Need to work on customer service and the way they talk with customers. No one in front to take order. At the back I can hear all the workers ... are talking to each other but not a single one to help customer. Read more

First time trying Wendy's in Vancouver and it's really good. Far better than asia. Love the pop machine and the washroom's clean!! Highly recommend to put it in your list.

New review 9/25/23: The chicken pecan salad I got the meat was dry and hard, more like day old chicken jerky! It wasn't even fresh or warm like they used to serve it fresh. Don't go there or buy their salad. I didn't get a receipt either for my take ... out and it was pouring rain out so I'm not walking back there. I ate some of it but mostly the lettuce. Wasted all that meat and money. HOPE I DON'T GET A TUMMY ACH Excited to try out their new breakfast menu. Just found a bunch of egg shells in my breakfast sandwich near the end which ruined my experience. The coffees taste a little burnt/bitter too. I got a large with 2 cream 1 sugar. Read more
