Taco Time - Surrey, British Columbia

I have been a longtime customer of TacoTime and found this location equally professional in all aspects. The food is excellent, the staff friendly and the premises clean and inviting. I'll be back for more really soon.

We pay for 14 tacos 🌮 and when comes home I feed to my family it’s only 12 in the bag and I call there several times no one pick up then go back there I talk to the manager she said I give u 14 but after 10 ... minutes she said will give 1 for free because u come back. I said I m not taking for free because we pay for 14 and u or ur colleague put by mistake only 12 in the bag then I leave it there which one she give me a free one and I told her just give who don’t have money in his pocket.its not a for money which we gave extra over there this is lesson we trust people easily .Just make sure when leave the store u count first or dibble check everything u got. Please don’t waste your money on their food. It just taste like eww. I had order the bean burrito and the mayo in it it’s like they are serving the old mayo. It gonna make you feel vomit 🤮. There’s no option for 0 star so I had to give ... one star unfortunately. Read more

As a vegetarian, burritos are my favourite fast food. Taco time has always been my go to place, however after the food and service I received today I will no longer patronize this location. I ordered a large burrito, pictures attached, and received the smallest burrito to date from any taco ... time location, even smaller than some of the regular burritos I’ve gotten in the past. The portion of the deluxe mexi-fries has also gotten smaller with their new packaging now but that I can let slide. The customer service I received today is what made me take the time out of my day to leave this review. I know working as a fast food worker is tough, I’ve worked at a busy Tim Hortons for a couple years, trust me I get it. However when a customer greets and converses with a friendly demeanour, there is no need to be rude. Please talk to staff about not berating a customer for forgetting a word when they described to you what they wanted and you understood. I’m a human, I forget what things are called sometimes and that’s okay. I spent $15 on lunch today, a rare treat for me as it was a Friday, that didn’t even fill me up and felt awful about how I was treated for forgetting a word. You will never see me here again and I will advise my family to avoid this location at all costs. Read more
