This was the worst Subway I've ever visited. When we entered, the employee was wiping down the prep station. I said hello, but she didn't respond. We waited for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. They've probably one of the only Subways that actually followed the instructions on the online order. Thanks guys, means a lot when someone reads through the instructions and can follow them. Will be coming back for sure when I'm in the area.

If there is an option for zero i will definitely choose that. Girl working at this location was so rude, i ask her for crunchy onions and she said no even her co worker said you can grab from back. She don't know how to deal with customer in subway ... series 3 all sandwiches have crunchy onions how she can deny. Not gonna come ever. As someone who has previously worked in customer service roles, I don’t mind a few mistakes here & there since they tend to happen & won’t really go all the way to post a negative review. However, this experience was just bad. I ordered a sandwich while I was on ... my break & there was hair in it. I pointed it out, no acknowledgment of issue, nothing. She said I’ll make a new one bluntly. Again, she made a new one, got the entire order wrong even the size of the sandwich. I asked her to just issue a refund instead as my break was up & she said no & handpicked the wrong ingredients from it with hand & wrapped it up again disgustingly. It felt like they were just forcing me to eat it up. Pathetic customer service. Kindly review your service & train employees accordingly. Read more
