Pizza Hut - Surrey, British Columbia

Owner was super disrespectful. Not sure if he was owner or not but was a dark bald guy. He needs to know how to treat customers things can be said politely if order is not prepared on time rather than being aggressive with customers.

My go-to pizzahut in the area. The pizza and salad are always fresh and the toppings are generous. Staff are very polite and attentive. While I am waiting for my order, the lady is even offering a free drink when they are busy with all the orders.

Not sure if they hired someone new or something but my pizza was very poorly cut. They only really cut it about halfway down so we practically had to rip it apart ourselves.. Never had any sort of bad experiences with this location until now, overall was very unpleasant.

Wowzers... This is mighty flat! I don't rightly know how you get a pizza to look like it's been run under a rolling pin but you nailed it! I gave Pizza Hit higher score due to the decent service... Though it was ordered online, and looks like it came out of my ... printer. Read more

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a large pizza for pickup with Alfredo sauce but got tomato sauce instead. Called to complain and was told that a refund will not be issued, pizza has to be returned back. She didn’t believe me and suggested that I was complaining to get a ... free pizza out of it. When I told the manager, Jashan, that I can’t come to pick it up anymore, she sent a driver home to pickup the pizza after an hour of having picked up the order. I went to the store later to complain about the service and she literally yelled and shouted at me. Will never order from Pizza Hut again.
