Rudest woman in the world. Does not know the meaning of 'customer service'. Rude on the phone. Rude in person. Only gives attitude to her customers. Not just me but I've witnessed it with others in line ahead of me.

Zero Stars , went to place a order for pick up .. Then was told 25 mins . Then they called me back and said come in 35 mins . Ok ... I gave them a bit extra and arrived to get my order 45 mins later and the door ... was locked and no one was there ... Wth .. Note on the door saying" taking orders call number " ... Then a car pulls up and the lady unlocks the door and goes in .. So I casually follow in and she says "pick up ?" I say yes ... She says " 10 more minutes " .... I'm like wow .. Ok good thing I didn't get delivery . Over an hour later I finally walk out with my food with a whopping 2 free 50 cent cans of pop as compensation ... First and last time at this place . Uptown Pizza 2 blocks away would have been a better bet !!!! Haven't even eaten the food yet ... The real test . But the customer service and overall experience has already left a bad taste in my mouth . update ... Pizza was border line raw dough and the pasta tasted like week old left over pizza toppings were the main ingredients.. Never going there again . Read more

Ordered two pizzas,only one was correct from what I ordered. Lady refused to fix my order or give any compensation for their mistake. Will Never goto this location ever again.

I tried to place an order for delivery. the woman told me i didn't have a complete adress. she became frustrated and said that it was too far away and that I could pick it up. I checked google maps and the route said 10 minutes away. I told her ... the time and distance, she persisted to tell me I was too far away because she couldn't figure out that houses don't have unit number. terrible customer service, bad experience.
