Pita Pit - Surrey, British Columbia

I ordered a gyro wrap today and it was below mid. No sauce and mostly carb. I have had good experiences before so I know what it’s suppose to be like and this was not it.

I ordered Uber Eat and the portion of their Steak wrap is so small that it’s nothing like the picture shown on their website. The food doesn’t taste good, either. And it was charged almost $15 for a wrap. I wouldn’t even pay $4 for it. ... It’s totally a ripoff. Read more

I do alot of honest reviews for people to look at before they spend their money. This one location, not all locations but this one.... Disgusting! Soggy veggies, barely no meat even when you pay for extra meat meat they don't do it. I literally had 5 tiny strips of ... chicken when I paid for extra chicken. I also paid for extra cheese, but did not get even a normal cheese amount. Without typing a short story, they completely are ripping you off and do absolutely nothing about it. I know this review is a little harsh but I need you as a consumer and them as a producer to either stop spending your money here or them to fix it. Them fixing it is not going to happen as I have called, emailed and talked to persons in the chain of command and they just smile and say sorry...pfft sorry only goes so far. I ordered a pita from here and did not select for mushrooms to be added in the pita. They added mushrooms to it and I am allergic to them. Thankfully, I did not get a really bad reaction since my allergy is not that severe. However, if someone else was ... severely allergic to something and they still added it to their order, that could be extremely dangerous. They need to be more careful next time and take the time to properly look and see what the customer requested to be in their pita and not add extra stuff that wasn’t asked for. Honestly, I ordered via Ubereats as 1+1 promotion. The price for one rice bowl was 12.05 before tax. Regardless I got another bowl, just see the photos and the quality. It looks leftover though I didn't mix it. I would say the portion is about 1/3 of rice bowl from ... Subway. I feel like the 1+1 promotion is kinda scam to get more customers. I ordered the rice bowl with some veggies but couldn't find a tiny 'particulate' of what I added for topping. Couldn't find any reason to have Pita Pit instead of Subway for rice bowls. Prices for rice bowls of both Subway and Pitapit are not quite different, yet the quality and amount of veggie toppings show a huge gap. The photos were taken before having a bite. I didn't even mix it. It looks like a leftover from someone. We all know Subway uses GMO veggies, but even considering it, I won't order from Pita Pit again. Just get Subway. It's not worth it.
