Papa John’s Pizza - Surrey, British Columbia

Today i visited this store very first time and just wanna say the taste was very good, i ordered a large pizza. There was girl, she was taking the orders . She was very nice and greet everyone very politely. Will come again:)

Worst Customer service! Make sure to check total amount of your order because this store doesn't take order properly and charge you extra. Also, rude employees behaviour can ruin your whole day! Other papa john's locations have great food with excellent customer service. Not going to this location again!

Placed an order online. Then when I call after it says it’s been delivered 20mins ago. The person on phone decided to give me Excuse after excuse as to why they are behind. Try to blame delivery driver, that he’s new couldn’t find the address. Then that he broke down. ... Then proceeded to tell me I could have a discount on my “next order” what a joke this place is. As a frequent customer of this pizzeria, I was excited to try their Thin Crust Pizza in an XL size yesterday. I have always loved their Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks, as I mentioned in a previous review, and decided to try something new this time. I went for the well-done baked option ... and created my own pizza by adding my favorite toppings. While the pizza was nice and had a slightly thinner base than their regular pizza, it wasn't as thin as I expected. Also, it was not as well-baked as I was hoping for. Perhaps, the baking time and style may vary from restaurant to restaurant. I was expecting a slightly crispy and toasty crunch on the base due to selecting the well-done option, but unfortunately, it didn't have that texture. Despite this, the pizza still tasted great. The toppings were fresh and delicious, and the cheese was melted to perfection. While it was not exactly what I was expecting, it was still a nice change from their regular pizza, and I enjoyed trying something new. Overall, I would recommend giving the Thin Crust Pizza a try, especially if you're a fan of thin crust. Just be aware that the baking style may differ from what you expect.
