Panago Pizza - Surrey, British Columbia

Got food poisoning yesterday ,from the fraser hwy surrey location. Bought a medium Veggie pizza , a garden salad ,and a small ginger ale. Been a customer of Panago, since the 90’s. Have ordered from this location a few times over the past two years, after moving to this area. ... Have never gotten sick from Panago, until yesterday. I placed an order for delivery over the phone. They were very helpful and easy to talk to on the phone but, the food was very underwhelming. The delivery took an hour to arrive. When it finally got to me and my family we dug in right away. To our surprise ... the pizza tasted like it had been sitting out ready to be eaten for quite sometime. The cheese had solidified and 1 of our pizzas was missing ingrediants. Panago is one of my favourite pizza chains but this location was a big let down. Ordered two Pizzas on New Years Eve. The delivery was earlier than expected, however the quality of the Pizza was not up to par with the premium price you pay. I ordered one pepperoni and cheese and one "Panago Classic". Both were tasteless, perhaps the Pizza needed ... more sauce. For the price, will not order again. Read more

Pizza looks visually nice, however there is next to no cheese on the pizza which kind of ruins it. Also the crust was so chewy for some reason. Panago is a pretty expensive pizza joint and I wouldn't pay for this again.
