the Ocean Park Shopping Center has been our home base for shopping since we moved into the neighbourhood decades ago. Imagine my surprise today in getting a parking ticket while enjoying tea at the Islands Cafe, as I exceeded their new two hour parking limit. If you are a merchant ... in the mall, you must know that your customers park there and shop at a variety of the shops, including the dental office and the nail saloon, both whose services alone could have you exceeding your two hour limit.
