there's too many people who are drugged outside and inside of McDonald's, and when i went into the women's washroom, there were homeless people sleeping and living in the stalls, and a homeless guy was going in the girl's washroom. it smells pretty weird, because of the drugs in there ... due to the drugged people. i did not feel safe going to the washroom there. but the food is pretty good and fresh, and they have great service. Good but the atmosphere in the general area is not too good. There is not much that this McDonald’s could do about it but either way the atmosphere could be improved. Imagine using the overflow window to serve you a medium coke and then handing out 3 full meals with bags to the customers behind you, and then being forgotten at the overflow window for a full 5 minutes after that. This place is the actual worst. You can be the ... only customer in the drive thru and they will send you to the overflow window. Actual useless employees. It's pretty bad when a few teenagers 20 years ago tried harder and gave more of a heck then the middles aged "workers" you get now. As a customer, have a little pride in the service you expect to receive and if your standard isn't met be that person hold up the whole line and get a refund and go somewhere else. Read more

Service was relatively slow as a walk-in customer. The staff definitely prioritized service at the drive through over and above those inside the restaurant. Their ice cream machine was in working order and the mango pineapple smoothie was as good as ever. Overall the atmosphere and decor was quite pleasant ... compared to other McDonald's restaurants; this one felt more like a modern cafe with multiple seating options. Read more
