McDonald’s - Surrey, British Columbia

This wasn't our first time experiencing poor service from them, likely because we used the drive-thru. They gave us a flavorless, watered-down soda and got our order wrong with 1 flat root beer and 1 flat coke instead of the 2 cokes we ordered. All the fries were soggy, making ... it feel like a waste of money. To add to it, they haven't had Happy Meal toys for a month, although they did give us a large iced tea with the Happy Meal, which I appreciated, thinking it was a complimentary drink. It wouldn't be a big deal if we were heading straight home, but we were at the park. Since my children couldn't drink the flat sodas, I had to buy another drink. It's frustrating because I can't go back to McDonald's to have it corrected. To the employees: if you don't enjoy your job, please don't stay, as your attitude affects others! Ordered chicken nuggets and they didn’t include the sauce even after i asked for it last night, I only ordered 2 items. Today ordered just 3 items and they took over 15 minutes to get it done, also ordered a large drink but no ice. On multiple occasions the staff ... here don’t understand basic English and struggle to get out simple orders. Probably the worst McDonalds location in Surrey. Read more

This is probably one of the worst McDonalds. We went here tonight and ordered 2 quarter pounder meals. We came home to find our quarter pounder burgers with a bunch of onions, beef patty and 2 buns. The photo below shows what we got. This isn't the first time this ... has happened at this location. They are always missing something or giving burgers without even a patty. The staff cannot even understand simple English most times. The service is horrible and often times make you park your car and wait at least 15 minutes for your order. Read more

Order food over drive thru. Had to wait more than 10 min for food. As we were in rush so didn’t checked food right away. But when we opened bag we were missing fries. Was the worst experience we have had at a mc Donald’s. They let the homeless smoke crack outside and sit inside all day. A guy was doing coke and banging on the walls in the bathroom. The staff were informed more then 7 times and manager did nothing. My husbands ... life was threatened and was the only reason the cops were called. I’m super displeased with the management. They need to teach their staff and mangers proper procedures. There was little kids running around watching this as well. My ten year old son couldn’t even use to bathroom and we had to take him home as he was so terrified. They need to hire a security team if they are scared to deal with problems themselves. Read more
