McDonald’s - Surrey, British Columbia

Not normally one to do these but the service here was so poor I am compelled to write a review. Ordered two plain mcdoubles, sat at the window for 10 minutes, then was sent around to the pick up spot. SPENT 25 MINUTES THERE, EVEN AFTER GOING IN TWICE TO ... GET MY FOOD THEY SAID ITS NOT READY AND TO GO WAIT AT SPOT 3. I LEFT AFTER THAT SO THEY EFFECTIVELY STOLE MY MONEY. The rudest staff ever, extremely unhelpful, manager refused to acknowledge the complaint and was even more rude. Mcdonalds corporate needs to shut this place down or give the franchise to someone who can run it. Read more

Everything was fine but the atmosphere and the vibes were not good enough. I went there for my lunch and some business work which was again not a good experience at all. I had high hopes for my recent visit to McDonald's, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Upon ... entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a disorganized atmosphere and a long line at the counter. Despite the wait, the service was efficient, and my order was taken promptly. However, the quality of the food left much to be desired. The burger I received appeared hastily assembled, with a soggy bun and wilted lettuce. The patty itself lacked flavor and seemed overcooked. The fries, touted for their crispy perfection, were disappointingly limp and lukewarm. To add to the disappointment, the restaurant's cleanliness was questionable. Tables were left dirty, and the floors seemed sticky. The overall ambiance was lackluster, with fluorescent lighting and a dull color scheme. In summary, while McDonald's may offer convenience and affordability, my recent experience left me underwhelmed. I hope to see improvements in food quality and restaurant cleanliness in the future. Nice fast food chain in Canada. the food i think is great and it served amazing. the ice cream is good, and i will try it again very soon. love it.

Our recent experience at this McDonald's was far from satisfactory. Upon ordering two boxes of chicken nuggets for my kids, we were shocked to discover dark and overcooked nuggets with a noticeable burnt smell. Seeking assistance from the staff, we were met with a dismissive response claiming the oil color ... was normal. Despite expressing concern about the food's safety, then the staff said it was fine to eat - “burnt foods”. As a parent, this lack of resolution and disregard for food quality, especially for kids, leaves me genuinely worried about their foods standards. Read more

It should be noted the friendly and attentive staff of McDonald's. The staff is always ready to help and serve with a smile on their face. Prompt service and a friendly attitude create a pleasant atmosphere in which customers can relax and enjoy their meal. As for the food, I ... won’t say I didn’t order normal coffee.
